Thank you very much for your interest in volunteering with Richard Cloudesley School. We receive an overwhelming interest in the school. Currently we are looking for volunteers to support our secondary lunchtime activities.
Please check our website for future volunteer vacancies as we will advertise them as and when they arise.
“Volunteering gives you a great insight into a world you might not otherwise see - there is a real kind of positivity to it because this is a very positive environment." - Simon Hattenstone - Guardian journalist
Volunteers are welcome for short-term placements or for a regular weekly slot. To volunteer you will need to fill out an application form and provide the names of two people who can give you a reference. You will also be required to complete a DBS form.
We will interview you and if we offer you a placement we will make the conditions very clear.
We take our responsibilities around safeguarding very seriously so all volunteers are carefully interviewed and selected to meet our students' needs.
For an application form, please contact our administration department on firstname.lastname@example.org.
All regular volunteers to the school will meet the Designating Safeguarding Lead prior to starting, and sign our Code of Conduct.
